Your goal is to maintain multi family living spaces by doing renovations of apartment buildings as required. Responsibilities

•Manage tenant requests, including proper follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion;

•Complete maintenance checklist for unoccupied suites;

•Effectively troubleshoot minor appliance repairs;

•Possess working knowledge of building systems;

•Perform preventive maintenance essential to extending lifecycle of equipment and reducing costs;

•Adhere to building codes and specifications;

•Be available on call on a rotating basis to deal with problems that occur after hours and/or weekends;

•Use above-average problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;

•Estimate labour and material costs, as well as maintain required inventory;

•Assist with snow removal as required;

•Assist with garbage collection and removal of large items as require.

Facilities Manager – Brooks

This position provides technical direction for facilities management, deploying all aspects of the asset management strategy in Brooks. You will lead by example completing required tasks on time with impeccable attention to detail. The highest level of internal & external customer service will be presented at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in mandatory weekly facilities management conference calls. ALL facilities management employees in each center are required participants.
  • Manage tenant requests, including proper follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion
  • Manage and organize all work required in unoccupied suites to ensure rent ready suites are made move in ready in a timely manner
  • Manage, organize and assign all work orders received
  • Approve and or question purchase orders as required.
  • Support and actively manage the facilities budget allocations as they are arrived at and implemented across our organization.
  • Lead the integration of refinance activities into the daily tasks of facilities employees
  • Hold facilities employees accountable for the work performed, provide coaching and maintain consistent maintenance, landscaping and janitorial practices
  • Support the Human Resources team in the areas of progressive discipline and performance management including employee performance reviews.
  • Submit timesheets to the payroll office on time each pay period
  • Ensure that employee safety is a priority. Report all injuries to the Human Resources team and the Director of Facilities and submit all required and legislated paperwork within 24 hours.
  • It is the expectation of this position to spend at least 75% of working hours in the physical assets. First-hand knowledge as to the state of each unit, each building and a genuine understanding and confidence in the work being done by each facilities employee MUST be appreciated each day.

**This position is responsible for more than one operating centre, travel will be required 50% of the time to ensure all centres under this incumbent are operating effectively, consistently and according to schedule.

Customer Experience Specialist

Calgary, Alberta

The shifts will be:

Monday- Friday: 12:00pm-4:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: 9:00am-1:30pm or 1:00pm-5:30pm

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing tenants. You will respond to a variety of inquiries in a pleasant and professional manner. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Communications Coordinator

Position Summary

As a well well-rounded communications generalist, your role will encompass supporting the marketing and communications department to develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy. We are looking for a professional with strong interest and passion for online and offline strategic communications. You will be responsible for digital communications, content creation, website design and management, graphic design and other marketing communications duties.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all social media channels and other digital platforms
